You can choose to join for 6 or 12 months membership. All payments are due in advance.

Your membership subscription options are:-

12 Month Membership at THB 10,000 + VAT

6 Month Membership at THB 6,000 + VAT

All new agents must complete the application form and send to Siam Homes.

This must be received within 14 days together with your remittance for the subscription fee or your subscription will be suspended until your application form and remittance are received.

All payments are due in advance.

By subscribing to Siam Homes, in addition to being able to upload your sales and rental properties including land, you will also be able to update your agency listing with a description of your service, your company logo, a photo of your office and your full contact details.

Your agency listing will be prominently displayed in the top section of all client searches for agents.
You will get a link to your website from the agent search area of our site and in return we require a reciprocal link from you site.

Membership subscriptions are payable per branch, each branch may only upload properties from its own catchment area, for which it has the instruction as the appointed branch.

If your own website is populated from a database we can look at assisting you with the uploading of your portfolio of properties to our portal website by automating some or all of the process. Please contact us directly to arrange this - info@siamhomes.co.th.

Within your subscription price you may upload all your sales and rentals properties and one new or off plan development of up to 20 units, for which you are an instructed agent.

If you wish to advertise more than one new or off plan development an additional charge is payable. The amount of this charge is noted on the scale for new developments below.

You may upload as many properties as you wish, from your one chosen new or off plan development of up to 20 units.

We will advertise new or off plan development sales on an exclusive first come basis. Any agent duplicating an existing new or off plan development or uploading more than one new or off plan development of up to 20 units, within a standard subscription will have the incorrect entry removed from our website.

Siam Homes defines a new or off plan development as more than 2 new homes on a single site; a site with less than 3 homes is treated in the same way as individual sales.

The subscription charge for property developers and real estate agents wishing to advertise new or off plan property developments will vary dependent on the number and size of the new or off plan developments they wish to advertise.

Our scale charges for additional new or off plan developments depend on the size of the development and are:-

over 500	THB 2250

Property developers and real estate agents wishing to advertise should e-mail us with details of the new developments they wish to advertise and will will issue individual invoices.

Once registered you may upload as many individual listings as you wish from your development. If you wish to upload PDF files with price lists, plans and further details please contact us to arrange this.

The size of the new or off plan development is determined by the number of units to be completed at the site location and NOT by the number of units still available.

New or off plan developments will be advertised on an exclusive basis for a minimum contract term of six months

All prices are subject to VAT at 7%.
